"During the day this was one of the classiest hotels in the Philippines. But now it feels like a mid-class level hotel. It could be the area around the hotel, a little sketchy. The rooms are outdated and needs a refresh. The staff on the other hand makes up for all the short comings of the hotel. Best customer service in town."

We did a bit of inter-island flying and this condo being close to the airport made a big difference commuting wise. The property owner Glen was very friendly and accommodating. He delivered & installed a washing machine to our unit so we can do our laundry within the unit. "Room was spotless. They accomodated my request for no comforter & provided 4 topsheets due to sensitive skin. My only request was to provide more rolls of toilet paper. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of choices to suit different palates."

"This was a hotel recommendation from a friend and so glad that we stayed here. Great location and close to the airport. Rooms were very spacious and comfy beds. The buffet was great with a good selection of items. We booked massages at the spa and they were exactly what we needed after a long flight. Staff were lovely and always willing to help. The only negative was that the property was huge and had a residence side as well. It was very easy to get lost or confused in which tower you were in. "
