"The property was well-maintained considering its age. The room cleaning was perhaps a bit thorough; it's advisable to use the "do not disturb" button. The room included a bidet, which was a pleasant amenity. The shower pressure was excellent, although hot water wasn't always available. The bed was somewhat soft, and the pillows were adequate. The living room furniture was dated, and the television lacked smart capabilities. There were two televisions in the room, primarily used for background noise. CNN was the only English-language channel with a clear signal. Fortunately, I had brought my tablet. The internet connection was satisfactory. An iron and ironing board were provided in the room. The club lounge, included with the suite, offered a selection of drinks, including alcoholic beverages. However, the food selection was limited, and I found nothing to my liking, though I admit to being a somewhat picky eater. Therefore, I felt the extra cost wasn't justified for me, but it might be worthwhile if you enjoy alcoholic beverages. The hotel is guest-friendly, and the pantry buffet offers a wide variety of food. Its convenient location next to SM Mall is a plus. For the price, it's a good hotel; upgrading the televisions would make it even better."

"The property seems new and clean to me. The area is relatively quiet and safe, with Lawson and KFC at walking distance. The staffs are welcoming and great. It took 5-15 mins for them to deliver the supplies I asked for after calling the front desk. It’s really fast in the Philippines. Bring moisturizer when you stay in this hotel, I believe there is a dehumidifier running even AC is off. It’s a positive because this hotel doesn’t seem to have any mold problem. The room is spacious, clean and sufficient with lights. "

"I really liked this place as it was nice and clean and affordable. Now i did wish i new it wasn't the best as a foreigner to walk around outside much, so if your looking to do so maybe consider closer to MOA but if you don't mind taking a grab to go places when you leave this place is definitely in the budget. "Our high school celebrated our Golden Reunion Gala on this hotel. It was truly wonderful and we enjoyed the night. The staff are all friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the sumptuous and delicious complimentary breakfast buffet."
