"The location and building is great. The inside of the condo on the other hand is dirty! Full of stains and dirt. I was given a used toothbrush opened toothpaste and empty sachet of shampoo. Bathroom dirty. The stay was a horror! It took forever for person to let me check in. After I realised he didn't give me a key so I can leave room. An hour later he came back and asked for over half a days stay for key deposit. At time of checkout we waited hours for person to show up wasting our vacation....

"Nice at first but soon found a lot of issues. I had to search for the wifi password. There were two pots to cook with and no frying pan. Both burners were destoyed and faulty. Hood vent didnt work at all. Several roaches in kitchen and bath. Luckily there was a lizard in the room eating the roaches. Took literally 30 hours to get a text reply...we had to go knock on the door we assumed was the condo owners and even then their instructions were unclear and countered what they eventually replied...

"This was one of the worst experiences i have had out of anywhere i have ever stayed. In these condo's they give the minimum and don't want to fix any issues that come up. Example is we had no tv or microwave the entire time we were there, lucky nothing else was broke. There were also roaches that started coming out the second evening."

"No communication whatsoever the ad posted was a scam. There are at least four buildings. They didn’t state what build the room was in. There’s no email address to contact them and nobody answered the phone number. I do not recommend staying at this place."

"Very friendly staff the stay was really good and elevators to get to the floors easy had a really great experience would definitely stay there again they even check in on us too definitely need a smoking section for the smokers though even down the stairs away the building one gurus told me go across the street and it was raining "

"We needed to stay close to the airport, and this One Palm Tree apartment was perfect. The owner and Mr. Mark were excellent communicators. Mr. Mark waited for us to take us to the apartment after a late evening arrival from the USA. I enjoyed the balcony, the washer, and the shower was great. It met all of our needs and was a great 2-day stay. "

"Our host was extremely helpful. He reached out to both my wife and I to make sure everything was ok. I was home in the States and my wife was visiting in the Philippines. My wife thought the place was neat, clean, and safe. The host also reached out to us and offered a late check out for a fair price. We have no complaints."
