"It was the worse experience ever. The hotel which I booked was unavailable, outside looks like a ruine and when I went there and the lady from reception said the room which I booked is leaking and she took me to another hotel. As she doesn't know english she called a men which I spoke with on the phone, he apologise for the inconvenience and he said that I'll be comfortable in the other hotel.
