"I stayed at the Europa for one night to attend a formal Christmas party. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and they let me check in a little earlier than the 3pm check in time. I stayed in a single room on the ground floor which was clean and had everything you would expect considering the price of the room (kettle, tea, coffee, towels, USB sockets, electric heater etc). The room was warm enough but, more compact than i expected and getting ready (hair, make-up etc) without a dressing...

"Honestly, I was apprehensive at first. The staff seemed abrupt and unfriendly on the phone. In person they were very accommodating. The room was clean, nice and warm and spacious enough for what we needed. The TV being a smart TV was great and not something we initially expected. The only downside was the vibration of nearby trains until midnight (Paddington) but on the plus side it's easy access to transport. "

"I read a lot of poor reviews of this place but was pleasantly surprised. The check in was easy, location ideal for central town, and the room was clean and tidy with everything I needed. Obly downside was my room had no radiators, but had one electric heater. The room was a tad cold but I didn't spend long in the room. Overall a good quick stay and no issues. "

"The hotel is convenient for Battersea Park and the rooms basic but comfy bed. Front of the hotel faces onto busy road but other rooms are quieter. No breakfast option isn't an issue as local shops stock products and the rooms have microwave, kettle, plates and cuttlery"

"The property was clean. The toilets always clean with loads of toilet papers. I didnt have to climbe stairs to go to the toilet. We had shower in the room. Always warm. What you see on the internet is what it is"
