"Stayed for a week in Spring 2025 in a standard room, 2 people. We were full-on tourists add day long, so we basically only slept in the hotel. Loved: the place was very clean and we were surprised to have house-keeping every day. The staff we encountered were all incredibly kind, thoughtful, and helpful. "The electric was off in the area when I arrived so could not have hot shower but not hospitals fault. "

"There is a kitchen, there is a room with sofas and armchairs. I was in a room for six people, everything was great. They clean every day, the bed linen is also clean. The staff is very sociable, they help with questions."

"The location was excellent, it is directly opposite Hammersmith station. The room was clean and the bed was basic but I liked having the curtains for privacy. Plug sockets and reading light worked well. The bathroom was clean but was a bit tired. The shower was decent and shower gel was provided. "I loved my stay at Bob W! Only downside was that there wasn't really anywhere to do the dishes I used, so I ran out of clean plates, cups etc. I didnt find it very hygienic washing them in the toilet sink (also there was nothing to wash them with)."
