"Our experience is definitely a good one. Lobby: very clean, modern and beautiful Location: in the middle of morning market and red brick/Toyokawacho. its exactly why i chose this location. Room: Clean but rather small for a double bed. Parking: Plenty of parking. When enting, take the ticket to exchange for an exit ticket. total will be charge upon checking out. Onsen: Not very big onsen. Men's consist of an indoor and an outdoor. over seeing the train station and morning market. changing...

"Awesome stay. The only small downside was the distance to station is a little far but about 5 minutes walk to the beach. Free corn soup and hot chocolate drink, perfect for winter. Although the timing they took out is quite random. Overall, very satisfied and amazing stay."

"Hotel provided a complimentary daily shuttle bus to the major attractions of Hakodate. Located within walking distance from Hakodate Station. Room was clean & new-looking. Pyjamas & quality toiletries were provided but no moisturiser. Hotel was very rigid with check-in time. We arrived a couple of hours early & the front desk wouldn’t entertain us - rather unsympathetic given the wintry conditions outside "
