"Awesome stay. The only small downside was the distance to station is a little far but about 5 minutes walk to the beach. Free corn soup and hot chocolate drink, perfect for winter. Although the timing they took out is quite random. Overall, very satisfied and amazing stay."

"Hotel provided a complimentary daily shuttle bus to the major attractions of Hakodate. Located within walking distance from Hakodate Station. Room was clean & new-looking. Pyjamas & quality toiletries were provided but no moisturiser. Hotel was very rigid with check-in time. We arrived a couple of hours early & the front desk wouldn’t entertain us - rather unsympathetic given the wintry conditions outside "

"Due to no other fault than my own, I missed my Shinkansen from Shin-Hakodate to Tokyo during one the busiest times of the year (New Year's holiday). "I was so pleasantly surprised by what was offered. I booked an overnight stay on my way to Sapporo. I had no experience with this chain and expected an average service/facility. "This propery is elegantly docorate and well located property with large parking lots (#1 and #2) with Yunokawa onsen, restaurant and botanic garden nearby. The room is very spacious, clean and comfortable. Service is best in class. Everything is very close by with10 minute driving maximum. Both my wife and daughter really like the hotel. "The staff provided the 'Superb' service. I stayed at the annex building which was a bit dated but totally clean for 4 weeks. I had access to sauna, washing machine, dryer, kitchen sink, microwave, ice machine & Free breakfast. It took me 11 minutes to walk to Goryōkaku where I could enjoy viewing the cherry blossom & I loved it. I highly recommend this hotel. If I ever have the chance to visit Hakodate again during cherry blossom season, I will not hesitate to book this hotel again. "
