"Great location Basic essentials Value for money. Only disappointing part was check inn. I know a lot of places have a 2pm check in, but they have to be realistic when you arrive at 1.15 and they take 10 min for paperwork and then say you have to wait till 2pm, when clearly the room is ready. I just can not see there logic other than to put a miserable start to your stay."

"Took me 3 hours to find the place. Address and map locations were way out by Km’s. When I finally found the place it still wasn’t the right location. Got taken to a different places. Apparently it’s self check in. I got the self check in information an hour after I was in my room. Which stunk like black mold. The corners of the bathroom were built up with spiderwebs of black mold. Thank goodness I only spent 2 nights there. It might be cheap but it’s not worth risking your health. Clearly poorly...

"My recent stay at the Woo Gallery Hotel was a perfect one. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the amenities were plentiful. We really enjoyed the location in the city and the opportunity to view all the items in the museum of historical artifacts in the back rooms of the hotel. We asked the front desk if they knew of any surrounding businesses where we could buy duct tape to repair a cracked suitcase and they took us to their maintenance room where they gave us a partial roll,...

"Sadly the floors are not washed well. Same drop of blood was there after 5 days when I left. Never smelled cleaners or disinfectant...just seen dirty mop and reused rags. The mould in the showers is NASTY. The young fellas do an ok job with what they have but they need to invest in some thorough time to clean...disenfect. The pool as well...😬. "

"A wonderful good value place to stay in Phuket. The owner was so flexible and helpful when we had to make last minute changes to our itinerary due to cancelled flights, and it was so easy to make ferry bookings to visit the islands through them. They have WiFi, are centrally located right in downtown, and the rooms were clean and comfy. I would definitely stay here again!"

"I only stayed one night. The room had everything I needed and was reasonably priced. Unfortunately, it was difficult to communicate with the hotel. I sent a message through the app about an issue and never got a response. You have to go through a coffee shop to get to the hotel and it was unclear if the staff worked for the hotel or the coffee shop. Also, my room overlooked a bar and the music was very loud until about 1:00 a.m. I had to use a white noise app and ear plugs to sleep. "
