"I choose a room with private bathroom when I arrived I was told the air condition was broke so I have to share the bathroom which was on the first floor the bed was old and hard like a rock I only rented the room for a few hours I was coming back from phi phi island and my flight back home was at midnight I would be able to sleep on that place But the receptionist was very sweet and nice"

"I only stayed one night. The room had everything I needed and was reasonably priced. Unfortunately, it was difficult to communicate with the hotel. I sent a message through the app about an issue and never got a response. You have to go through a coffee shop to get to the hotel and it was unclear if the staff worked for the hotel or the coffee shop. Also, my room overlooked a bar and the music was very loud until about 1:00 a.m. I had to use a white noise app and ear plugs to sleep. "

"Maybe the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on, mattress felt like concrete and the pillows were also mostly flat. I understand that the room was cheap and "you get what you pay for", but the bed should be at least sleep-able regardless of price. Also there was another hotel in the area for half the price of this one, so it's not like I picked the cheapest hotel in the area. One star off for that and another because the listing on Hotels.com inaccurately stated the room as 28 square...
