"mario, our host was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was large and in a good location for walking to places we wanted to see The breakfast was also excellent. Unfortunately we were mugged nearby ( partly my fault for just accepting Havana was as safe as the rest of Cuba) which put a dampener on our stay there, but the rest of our time was great."

"To be perfectly clear I am unable to rate this property other than the communication which is ABSOLUTELY horrible. Explanation: We were in Havana and leaving one casa to stay at the Casa Hanan Vieja. We made MULTIPLE attempts to contact the owner/property manager to get directions on the check in, both through Expedia and Whatsapp. We received no response.
