"I enjoyed my stay at Casa Al Sol. The owners are a nice couple, very helpful with booking taxies and local restaurant recommendations, and also very used to travellers from wherever the world. The property is safe but like everywhere in Havana old town it is very loud for most part of the night. Since the property is on the higher end of casa particulars in Old Town ( and after travelling around Cuba for 2 weeks) I would suggest some better quality bed linen and perhaps more options for...

"Price was super good. The property has 10 out of 10, not only from me, and it is for a reason. Eldys is the owner, and she knows anything you need and think before you. She make anything so smooth, and so comfortable and looks so easy, and you feel there Safe ! She is a step ahead of anything and in a good way. She doesn't only deserve respect. She earns it ! "The staff make this hotel so good from Enrique on the Front Desk to the amazing staff on the Roof Terrace - nothing is too difficult. They solved a few issues for us during our stay, particularly Enrique who was amazing. The location is also excellent with beautiful views of the Harbour."

Nice stay at Residencia Santa Clara

"Our stay was outstanding. The room was very nice and clean, with a great shower that offered excellent control over hot and cold water. The beds had freshly laundered sheets, and everything felt quite new and recently renovated. Although we were three people and the room might have been a bit small for that number, it was not an issue for us since we spent most of the day exploring. The service was exceptional; everyone was very attentive, and the breakfast was delightful. Additionally, we dined at the hotel one evening, and the quality of the food remained impressive. Overall, I highly recommend this property!"

"My sister and I absolutely loved our stay at Alhabana. 1st the level of service is warm, generous, attentive, very personalized, knowledgeable and effective. We were able to communicate with Mariem before getting to Havana, and she was extremely helpful and accommodating from the beginning providing great information that was valuable allowing us to plan an epic trip. All the reception staff we worked with (Mariem, Fabio and Rafael) maintained the same level of personable, kind, resourceful service throughout our stay with seamless communication and cooperation among them allowing them to keep track of all our activities. They were all key to arranging great excursions, transportation and any other services we needed with incredible service providers. 2nd the property is exceptionally clean, well maintained, breakfast was great (special mention to Pedro and Pavel), and all amenities were present as listed. The casa is well located as we were able to walk most of the time to our activities in the city. We recommend this place if you are looking to have an immersive, authentic experience in Havana."

"This was my third time staying with Carlos and Yuli, as they have become my friends. Given all the options for where to stay in Havana, are there newer, more luxurious accommodations available? Sure, but I can guarantee you won't find better service anywhere. They really do treat you like family, and go out of their way to make you as comfortable as possible. "
