"I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming boutique hotel in Havana, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service, which truly set the tone for my stay. The attention to detail here is unparalleled, and it felt like every need was anticipated before I even had a chance to ask. The hotel is beautifully decorated and each room has a unique charm, and the tasteful decor made it feel like a cozy home away from home. The ambiance is calm and inviting, providing the perfect escape after a day exploring the streets of Havana. One of the standout features of this hotel is its location. Situated just a short walk from the iconic Malecón, it offers easy access to the waterfront, making it the perfect base for those looking to explore the city’s beautiful coastline and nearby attractions. The area felt safe and welcoming, with great dining options at the hotel. What truly made this stay unforgettable, however, was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I felt taken care of. From offering helpful local tips to arranging transportation, nothing was too much trouble. "If you're looking for a casa particular with amazing hosts, look no further! We couldn’t have asked for better accommodations. It feels like you've been transported to 1930s-1940s Cuba. The breakfast included was excellent. The room was spacious and clean, with a private bathroom. Most importantly, the staff were all kind and incredibly helpful. Great location- a block away from “El Malecon and about a 10 min walk to “Paseo del Prado”. "

"Christian, the manager, was delightful and went above and beyond to be helpful throughout our stay. His English was very good and he was very thoughtful A qualified doctor, he also aided my daughter with sunburn and tummy trouble. The hotel has a lovely courtyard where delicious breakfasts are served. We had the double height, triple room at the front of the property which was a beautiful characterful room however the only window opened out straight on to the street which meant a lot of noise and no privacy so recommend any of the other rooms would be preferrable"

" My stay could not have been better. The property is beautiful, room was impeccably clean and comfortable, service was top tier with a doorman 24 hours a day. A full, delicious breakfast is served on the deck each morning. The staff were all extraordinarily kind, helpful, and made my stay so enjoyable. Located in a very safe area; I never felt unsafe walking alone in Havana. I highly recommend this property for your visit to Havana!"
