"Not sure what the negative reviews are about. Yes it’s get what you pay for; but the hotel staff was extremely friendly. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. We felt safe. Yes it’s loud, it’s right next to a highway, so that’s a given. There were no cockroaches. Everything worked. I booked here anyways despite the negative reviews. I will absolutely stay here again. This is the first time I’ve taken the time to do a review, simply because this hotel does not deserve the few bad reviews it does have, which are likely due to salty passive aggressive customers not getting their way. Not bad at all for the price. I’ve stayed in far more expensive brand hotels and had horrible experiences. "

"The best motel in all of north county for location, nicely renovated rooms, friendly staff and quiet. New heat & cool units in each room are easy to set and are accurate to set and forget. There are plenty of fast food restaurants around and a Walmart within walking distance. Lyft & Uber frequent this motel as needed and all rooms are easy to find. Coffee is available each morning in the lobby until 10:00 a.m. which is seldom seen these days. An elevator which makes it so much easier to check-in & also checkout without having to use stairs. "
