"The property is beautiful and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The pillows and bed were too soft for us, but we've gotten used to our sleep number bed. Being able to get coffee and breakfast before we left was a bonus."

"So much potential! Definitely needs some updates, though. Our bed (in the Carnival building) was comfy, but very squeaky, which made for not very restful sleep. There were also small things like a wobbly toilet, some corners of peeling paint, etc. The little neighborhoods were nice and each had some amenities within walking distance of the units. "Overall we had a nice and quiet stay. Staff was helpful and courteous. Room was clean, with a comfortable bed, and quiet surroundings. Got a good night sleep. Breakfast started promptly at 6am with a decent variety of items. Parking was convenient. We selected this hotel vs others primarily based on comments regarding security concerns at other locations.
