"This is a wonderful place to stay in Oaxaca! It is a building probably from the late '70's or early '80's but has been maintained very well. Our standard room was spacious with two queen size beds and decent linens. The restaurant was very good for breakfasts at very reasonable prices All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were able to walk into the centro in 25-30 minutes. Do not miss Los Paco's, a 10 minute walk and Los Cuerdos a 15 minute walk for the dinners ever!"

"Our stay at Centrico Live was very nice. It was calm and quiet with beautiful bougainvillea to look at while sitting outside. There is a convenient cafe with good coffee very close. The street parking would get crowded but we were able to find spots not too far away."
