"A block away from zocolo. Staff very friendly and accommodating. The place/room was clean. The only issue i had were dead coachroach. Found one in the shower and in the room. I'm going to assume they were coming in through the shower drain. Solution would be to put a drain covers when not in use. I realized that when i found drain covers at other hotels and no bugs, roaches."

"This is such a great place to stay in the city. It’s right in the middle of some of the most popular places and so many restaurants and shopping places to choose from. The staff is extremely friendly and the rooms are clean. It has it a great essence of Oaxaca, from the lobby all the way to the rooms. You really feel like you’re experiencing the Oaxaca’s experience. Will be staying here again my next visit to Oaxaca. "

I especially appreciated the access to readily available hot water for making morning teas, even if it was just outside our room. Would highly recommend and Oaxaca itself has much to offer."
