"The Victoria was every bit as nice as the website showed. It's on the edge of the hills just a short distance from the city center. The grounds are well-maintained, clean and full of trees and plants. If there's any drawback, it's the fact that the city center is a half-hour walk, so I took frequent cab rides. Since the cabs were only 80 pesos ($4) per ride, it was no big deal. They don't have an ATM to get cash, and the desk doesn't always have cash on hand to exchange for dollars. But those...
