"Very friendly staff. Great room cleaning. Shower control was so loose we thought it would fall off. Bathroom door very water damaged. Kitchen cupboards didn't close properly. Generally a good stay. Very expensive but at the Trump Inaguration time."

"We arrived early hoping for an early check in but not only did get in early but were offered a room upgrade. The hotel was very pleasant, we didn’t use the dining facilities as we had a reservation for the Hell’s Kitchen restaurant which was in walking distance. The trip was to celebrate a significant birthday and on the second day we visited the Spy museum which is also within walking distance."
