"The check in lady was so sweet, and the room was very nice for an aging property. Our only real issue was that the dog park area was not well kept - there was damage to part of the fence and people didn't clean up after their pups, so it wasn't safe to turn our puppy loose or play with her off leash."

"My only complaint was that the first night my sheets smelled like sweat & body odor. I have stayed here before with no issues. They re made our beds & apologized. The food service worker is awesome. Her food is delicious. And i love that she isnt afraid to say have a blessed day!"

"Decent place for the price. Looks updated and modern. It was quiet during our visit and is close to everything in Helen. Our room had a very spacious fridge which is great for those who plan to stay more than one night. I would stay again. "

"Beautiful location with a friendly staff. The views are great and it’s right by the top of the falls. Each floor has an area with tables set up and puzzles out. That was nice to sit and work on a puzzle with a view when it was raining. The restaurant could use some improvement - food is standard buffet items, so ok but not great.
