"The service at this hotel is truly impressive! During check-in, the front desk staff went out of their way to make everything as convenient as possible for me. Since we arrived late and all the nearby liquor stores were closed, they kindly surprised me by delivering a bottle of Chilean red wine! "I love having the opportunity to stay in a hotel outside of the secure area but inside the airport. I arrived at 1 am and my next flight was out of a different airport in the evening. It was very convenient to stay at Aerotel. The hotel is huge and is very nicely decorated and has a gym. That said the way things are arranged is not very thought through. I got a room on the 1st floor, which meant going downstairs from the reception. I had to cross the entire 2nd floor to get to the elevator. Not...

"The staff were very friendly and helped us book taxis and Tiananmen square as well as letting us check in early, providing bottled water and letting us leave our bags in the hotel upon check out. The air conditioning and shower is good. The hotel is a little far from a metro station but taxis are cheap so it doesn’t really matter. The bed was quite hard."
