"Location : fine but far from subway. Comfort : not really because I can easy hear people walking and talking in corridor like they are in my room. Staff : friendly but no English at all ** special thanks to the front office staff "Sun" even his English is basic but was so helpful and even used his personal mobile's translator to communicate with me :) he was supportive and nice at all the time. "Was given wrong type of room, twice before this was sorted. All three rooms were dusty, behind and on the television and other fittings as well as the carpet. Went for lunch on our first day in the lobby 'bar'. Ordered, waited 20 minutes and then was told later our order was out of stock. Same thing happened when we re-ordered, one burger was brought out and then we were told there were none left. Hot springs were dirty, KFC delivery left everywhere! Not very impressed"

"There is a small store and a good restaurant inside. You will need to take a taxi to the nearest restaurant or shopping. If you want to use the free shuttle to the airport you need to call the motel and arrange it 24 hours in advance. "

"The worst hotel I’ve ever been. The carpet of the room was filthy, the toilet was disgusting, there was pubic hairs in the shower. They just make the beds but not cleaning at all. We booked this hotel because it supposed to have free airport shuttle but they made us pay ¥100. Nobody speaks english. "
