"The staff spoke English well and were always willing to help or be accommodating. They cleaned the bathrooms and other areas everyday. Only bad things were that although I stayed in the hotel for nearly 3 weeks they did not change my bed sheets. I'm sure if I requested it it probably would have happened. But it should have been some automatically every few days or so. Also the laundry dryer did not work very well so I used a local laundrymat instead. I would not stay in a hotel ever again...

They helped me by calling the hotel and having it shipped there; it arrived the next day and only cost ¥400. Also, after we left we went to Okinawa for 6 nights, and only needed some of our luggage. "Good location generally. However the hotel was as basic as you can get. Online check-in, but still had to do the whole check-in process onsite."
