"This house was perfect for our family weekend. The location was quiet and a short walk to the village, and a 10 min drive to Ellenville. The house was comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed and the 2 living rooms were cozy. The piano was a nice surprise. The sauna was used every day and even though though the basement smelled musty, we enjoyed having a pool table! We’re looking forward to a return trip. "

Unfortunately due to weather we couldn’t even stand out in backyard , so was pretty congested living for us. This house is more for campers, bachelor groups rather than family . Negatives- 1. No seatings in the house - all together you will have 1 small Futon sofa to seat in the house . Rest need to bring plastic chairs from basement. 2. "We arrived on Friday night. First night, we had a little bit of an issue with the heating inside of the house. Contacted the property manager and it was taken care of within a few hours. Property manager was amazing, stayed in contact seeing if we needed anything and answered all our questions. Bed was comfortable, house was very spacious.
