"Self check in was easy. Room was fairly spacious and comfortable. Room 203 has no wifi network, had to borrow the wifi from adjacent room."

"The hotel was good, has cafe/bakery for food. Alot of smoke smell from other guests. Bathroom for me had a step up and high tub, hard to use with hip injury. Towel kit bag every day, built up so many kits, didnt need. Fridge was good to have. Hard bed, weighted blanket and hard pillows. Sometimes hard to sleep. Overall, its exceptional. Maybe should have upgraded to better room."

"Nice property just off the main street, near train station. It is pet friendly with 3 resident cats roaming around the lobby. You get to book 2 sessions at the baths after checked in, the semi open bath on the 2nd level is popular, while the rooftop bath may not be a good idea in cold weather although the view is great. You get free use of the bicycles for your stay. There is no lift so you have to carry your luggages up and down the stairs."

The amenities are great, the room is spacious, and the staff are very helpful. The only downside is the bed; it was hard and a bit uncomfortable, especially if you're staying for more than one night.
