"Great hot springs, 1 Public sharing,g and 8 Private hot springs. No reservation is needed, it's first come first serve. Rooms are super clean, great location right in front of JR Beppu station. Great amenities and breakfast spread. There is nothing short in this hotel, service is great. I always stay Onyado Nono brand and it never disappoints. "

"The onsen was absolutely great, with beautiful view of Beppu. The room was very spacious and quiet. The hotel staff is overall friendly. Teppan dinner was great (though the Wagyu steak was a bit too greasy for me), and breakfast was also nice."

From providing ice packs and extra pillows for support to assisting us with finding local medical care, their kindness and hospitality were truly remarkable.
