"Check in was pleasant, helpful and easy. Room is very clean and comfortable. Pool and hot tub clean with clean towels provided in pool area. "

My experience was not as good, however, when I contacted the property by phone to address a change of plans. The mistake was my fault, but Rodney was not at all helpful. He kept interrupting me and would not let me talk to anyone else about it. Personnel here are usually professional, but Rodney may benefit from more customer service training."

The fridge top was broken. The light was flashing on the phone and I couldn't get it to stop. It was just annoying at night, if you have light sensitivity when sleeping.
