"Very basic room…..but I knew this so great price for a one night stay."

"One night stay for work. Was basic hotel but clean and had everything I needed. Perfect for the train station, was just a two minute walk. Only downside was the building works taking place outside so at 7.30am there was loud voices and noise outside."

"Overall was better than expected although the window of n my room was small, high up & made the room cell like. The toiletries were good quality, the room looked nice & breakfast was nice reasonable although they had no vegetarian sausages. Although the rooms decor was good overall there were 2 things that let it down, firstly there was nowhere to hang anything as the wardrobe had no hangers and there was no hook behind the door for a coat, secondly & more importantly the bed was terrible...

"Lovely, comfy bed. Beautiful view from the lovely balcony. Breakfast and tea/coffee/sugar was a nice touch and ample. Really great shower. Straightforward communication with hosts. All good, definitely recommend and will stay again. Super price too."

"One night stay for a gig in Leeds, the lady on reception was the most welcoming of any staff I’ve ever come across in properties I’ve stayed at . The place was nice and quiet and well presented. It done exactly what was required, the only negative I would say was that the room was very cold and the heater only stopped on for a short period of time but that also could have been myself not knowing how to work it correctly. Otherwise it was a great price and a great location for wandering to the...
