"Late arrival around 1am but Miguel Angel at front desk was super welcoming and knowledgeable. I was impressed with to h that kind of welcome so late at night. Great location to go to the Rastro on Sunday morning. Very close to metro and 24hr market and easy walk to Puerta del Sol"

"Todo estuvo en general bien, sobre todo la ubicación que me parece perfecta. Solo hay tomar en cuenta que si te toca un cuarto por la cocina, que es compartida, la gente alli hace bastante ruido, no respetan mucho las horas. Si eres de sueño ligero eso te puede molestar. Por lo demás bien! "

"Great location! Right off Sol Plaza, so I could see the Christmas tree going up from the balcony. The room was small, but clean and was bright. Bathroom sink was tiny and hard to use. Toilet was fine for me, but I could see someone else bigger having issues. Shower was good. At night you can hear partiers until 5am, which is probably true for anywhere with bars nearby, but it's not too loud. I wore ear plugs to drown out any remaining noise with the windows shut. "Nice stay! The staff was friendly and very helpful. room was quiet, clean but small. Breakfast was good! The area where hotel is located is busy with small businesses around but no restaurants although there is a very impressive mall close by."
