The entrance door is not well-lit and not unique. It’s fine once you get inside. There is no number to call for customer service either so they really need to change that! "

"Lovely staff, and great location, however my room was inward facing with limited natural light, The room had extremely thin walls and I could hear EVERYTHING from the neighboring room - which was extremely unpleasant. My room had its own shower and sink, but I had to use a toilet outside the room. Bathrooms always kept clean, and fresh towels provided each day. Would be good if there was air con and access to a microwave/kettle"
