"Overall the property was very clean, the staff was extremely pleasant, and the location is near perfect (a two minute walk from the beach!!). The worst part was the breakfast was extremely limited and the hotel is right next to the highway so it is a bit noisy. Otherwise though, it's a great property for a cheap and pleasant stay. We had a great time and would definitely go here again. "

"Place was clean and nice. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Beware though that there is no parking. You would have to find parking in the street which was very hard to do. I had to park in a private parking lot and paid $100 for 4 days."

"I loved this property … 5 minute walk to ocean park beach … plenty of restaurants, Walgreens & stores in walking distance … we really loved Rosalina ocean park , has two pools for only 19 rooms , so it felt like you really had it to yourself .. staff is very courteous & go above & beyond … we just fell in love with the property & uniqueness "

"This motel is in a very residential area but is a decent place. It is undergoing remodeling and is very laid back There is a little beach out the back and a nice little pool. The staff was friendly but there was no real check in person. So we had to go find someone who was working on the property They were accommodating by allowing us to leave our luggage and use their facilities before the 3pm check in. There is a nice little restaurant upstairs but some of the staff did not speak English...

This hotel is within walking distance of restaurants and to free train transportation station that takes you to different areas of San Juan. Free parking at the hotel or street parking nearby. I would definitely stay here again. "

"My husband and I were very happy with our room. Bed was comfortable and room was clean and had everything we needed. We liked the communal area with extras that people may have forgotten (sunblock, lotions etc. ). Check in was easy and lots of restaurants in the area. Close to airport. "
