"The only concern is that fire alarm went off every night for the seven days we were there. It went off at 3:00 am. First time was nerve racking but then you just got use to it which is not good because if there was a real fire we would most likely ignore the alarm. "

"This was a nice property, it could use some upgrades (hallway carpets smell damp and are showing their age rooms feel a bit dated and carpets are old). The staff was very nice and our rooms were cleaned every day although certain things like used glasses were not removed or replaced for days until we put them on the floor near the garbage can. Other than that it was a great stay. The lobby bar is very pretty and the casino is fun. Pools and beach areas were clean."

"The hotel staff, from check-in to the beach, were always kind and helpful. The beach is right in front of the hotel, and they provide chairs, umbrellas, and towels. It’s also nice to go to the pool after the beach. The food at the hotel is very expensive, but there are cheaper restaurants and cafés nearby. You have to wear a resort bracelet, which I understand, but I find it annoying. It was nice of the staff to suggest wearing it loose so you can take it off when leaving the resort or in your...

"I came with a group of about 40 college kids. We had a great time at the property, particularly loving the pool and service. It also has a great location near many restaurants and other sights. The food and drinks at the hotel were pretty pricey, but that is ok. "

"El hotel muy bien, la pool bien linda y limpia, la muchacha del enfrente ( alta y morenita) es muy grosera y fea forma de hablar, uno va y paga para que lo atiendan dignamente pero los otros empleadoa muy amables y muy atentos la mucha blaquita fue muy linda su forma de atentender todo bien y un poco incomodo el parqueo, el baño a la hora de bañarse el agua tiende a salirse y se moja todo el suelo.
