"The staff are friendly and helpful. The facilities are great and clean. They even included a handwritten note and a small origami rabbit for me in the room. It’s was heartwarming. Definitely will stay in this hotel again if I go to Tokyo again."

"Overall a great stay especially in the semi private room , only 3 people, more space for yourself and your suitcases, things , clothes you can hang , mire privacy and locker is by your bed . The only concern I have is that how I wish the management will add one more microwave , I see people in line waiting for microwave to hear their food especially in the morning and dinner time. Also I wish there’s a dish rack, because some of the plates are still wet in the storage area, one small towel a day...

"The staff were very nice and you get what you paid for, it could do with better soundproofing as I kept being woken up. (I was in the room next to the toilet so the running water sound was loud.)"
