"I was exhaust on arrival, turned off my cell and went to sleep. Unfortunately, the pre-arranged rental was not there when my daughter landed at JFK. Failing to reach me, she called my wife, who reached the Quality Inn. Thunu, the person on duty at 10:15, went to the trouble to hunt down my room and put her through. Happily, my daughter managed to grab the last car at another company."

"Check in was smooth but there was an issue with the TV when we got to our room. Alice from the front desk immediately came up and tried to fix it - she wound up moving us across the hall to make it easier. Then she even called us to make sure we were settled in. Great customer service. We’d stay here again if the need arises. "

"We were very pleased and were impressed on how pet friendly the hotel was. Staff was very accommodating and nice. The heater/ac unit was extremely loud and kept going on and off. Either too hot or too cold. Couch was stained but expected because of pets being allowed. Bathroom was spotless and bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning, there was a lot of choices. "

"Our family rented 4 rooms and stayed over a long weekend for a funeral. The staff was amazing and did everything to accomodate us including a dog. They were personable and caring, timely and helpful! The Assistant Manager Stephanie remembered calls, got extra blankets and worked her best to place rooms convenient to one another. Daisha general manager and another found schedule allowed for late noon checkout (not always available, but went beyond to do). Top stars for cleanliness. Building...

"Although this was not my first time at a Super 8, it was my first time at this particular Super 8. The staff were super friendly and the level of customer service I received was truly excellent. Although there was an offer of complimentary breakfast, I think I slept through the fixings, but there is an Indian/American deli across the way, and that tided me over. I found the bed very comfortable and the room was larger than expected, too."
