"A lovely hidden gem! My partner and I loved staying here. So close to downtown proper of New Paltz, but just outside enough to enjoy the quiet and solitude. Pablo makes the house and the stay warm, clean, safe and comfortable. The sauna is amazing! Highly recommend!"

"This little garden house just through the greenhouse was perfect for my husband & I. We stayed for 2 nights to attend a concert @ Ulster Performing Arts Center. Comfy furniture & well-stocked with towels, bedding, dishes, utensils, etc. We used the hot tub one night as well, which was really nice. "

The room was smaller than I originally thought, but it was extremely cozy and warm with all the nice amenities inside. We loved all the nice decoration and historical feeling the room has to offer. "X-mas with family.We rented this wonderful home for a week for Christmas. We were lucky to have a light snowfall the night we arrived and it was picture perfect. We were surrounded by farms and had a gorgeous riverwiew. The four bedroom house was just as pictured in the VRBO website. Our two year old and 8 month old granddaughters had a wonderful time with all the toys. We did experience some abnormally cold temperatures while there but the home was always toasty warm and inviting. We will...

"My daughter needed a place to stay while visiting for the holiday. Kevin was easy to reach and responded quickly. The apartment is very cute and was the perfect size. Everything was clean and had some nice personal touches. Im sure a summertime stay would be lovely, when the garden is in bloom"
