"Kim, assistant manager, was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Lovely big room and clean. Only issue was no fan in bathroom and the hallway smelled very damp and like urine. Dehumidifiers were in the hallway and seemed to be making some difference. Good breakfast and good location to a nice part of town."

"A small quiet condo hotel on the beach. I had a spacious ocean front suite with a beautiful view. It rained the entire time I was there, so I did not get out on the beach, but did swim in the pool, which was heated and spotlessly clean. The unit had very comfortable seating, and a king sized bed. Kitchen had everything needed for preparing simple meals. Just a few minutes drive from downtown Melbourne for shops and restaurants, so if bad weather keeps you off the beach you can still find...
