"The hotel is in a central location not too far from parking lots. For certain people, the stairs may be difficult (no elevator!). The hotel is nice and the rooms are small but well kept. We were only there one night and really didn't have any issues. We would stay here again."

"This property was fantastic in terms of its location and size. We were right in the heart of Old San Juan and couldn't have asked for more in terms of the kitchen & living space, two bedrooms, and two giant (and freshly remodeled) bathrooms. The quirks about this place were manageable but could be improved: finding the specific apartment in the building was tricky as there are no staff on site and we didn't see a single other guest. "My boyfriend and I stayed in a room here for a weekend and we actually enjoyed it. The location was honestly perfect, the beach was a 5 minute walk, tons of food and stores everywhere, and came with netflix. I also liked how small and cute the room was. Place was clean but could have been cleaner tbh. Also, loved the tile on the floor, but did not love the open shower concept. Water got everywhere. I would recommend a stay here specially for couples, but just bring your own cleaning supplies...
