"Clean room Air conditioner Clean and large restroom Needed to locate owner via the office on other side of street. Were courteous to walk us into room and shared the access codes where needed. There is music going on but it’s not bothering us. Good we have something to rest at for the night before the morning flight.."

"We made a reservation for 5 and it was very cramped for that number. The unit was lovely (except an oven would have been nice) and the pool was great! Our GPS put it one street over but the owner communicated promptly and all was good."

My space was extremely clean and up-to-date, while also having a lot of character - it felt like a much more authentic experience than staying at a resort high rise. Its location is fantastic too, as it's within easy walking distance of the beach, a Walgreen's for essentials, as well as a couple restaurants (including the famed Kasalta). It's also a block away from a bus line that runs from the airport to Old San Juan, hitting most of the touristy...

"Such a great stay for 2 nights! Location is in the heart of bars, restaurants and within walking distance to all the historical sights. The room is small but in a very cool open air building. Bathroom is not attached but is right across the room and used the same room key - which was no problem for us! The bathroom was very big! We loved our stay and I would highly recommend for anyone wanting a nice place to stay if you'll be out and about exploring the majority of the day! "

"The property was ideally located near restaurants and within walking distance of the beach. Air conditioning doesn't keep the apartment cool and the water pressure is low."

"Because you are in the middle of the action, you will be happy there is no window in the room because of all the noise outside. The stairs leading up to the room are steep so if you have a large or heavy bag make sure someone can help you carry it up. You can't beat the price and location of this place."
