"Just stayed for 1 night. Really clean room, spacious and nice bathroom. Tea & coffee machine with a fridge and a hairdryer, lots of clean towels. Easy to use heating / cooling controls. The check in desk staff were really friendly. Would definitely stay here again."

"Very convenient if you wish to attend TD Place and surrounding area. Close to Elgin St. The rooms do not come with a TV or a coffee maker. We didn’t care, but others might. "

"I liked the location, I liked the staff (super kind), I liked the the room, even if it had a leaky faucet and a very noisy bathroom fan. I did not like the fact that there were too many "refugees and or asylum seekers" staying at he hotel, they were very noisy, they were not considerate to other people's rights for a quiet evening/night, and we witnessed them stealing food from the breakfast table, that was despicable"

"The Staff were always courteous and polite. Breakfast was excellently prepared for the Patrons and there was always a good assortment. Rooms are always kept extremely clean. I would assess the Adams Inn as a 4 accommodation and would recommend this location for anyone wishing to stay in Ottawa. I will be heading back again in May for another stay. "
