"Well for one we arrived on the day we were supposed to get there and apparently Expedia didn't send it to the hotel so they didn't have us checking in till the following day but the lady at the desk worked some magic and got us into an even better room for all three days at no extra cost. I do not remember her name but it was awesome what she did for us so our extended weekend vacation wasn't ruined. "

"Property team was great, the pool was not clean, if you are staying with your children - just know the pool isn’t filtered. The property was clean, there was rust on the main toilet seat that hadn’t been cleaned off - and not a lot of cooking utensils if you are planning to dine in. We enjoyed the property itself, and the rooms and arrangements were nice, but couldn’t stay again due to the conditions of the swimming pool. "
