"We loved our stay at Hugo Rental. Ease of getting in and out of the property was great. Our host Mari was amazing. She guide us where was the best parking lot and also provided suggestions of where to go for breakfast. The poperty was very authentic. Very centric to get to the sights and stores in old San Juan. Highly recommend it. Note there are stairs to get to the rooms, but that was not a problem for us. "

"The place was clean, comfortable and modern with a little “old world” charm. The exposed brink, private interior courtyard with fountain and Spainish balconies… So cute! The bed was comfortable. Low score was due to several things that need attention in the property, as a host, I know how important is to have good attention to detail and make sure everything I am offering, works. The property has great potential but it needs to be kept up to date in it’s maintenance."

"The place was nice, they provided with almost everything that we needed, but unfortunately there are cockroaches in the place, we found inside and outside, so every time we had to use a plate or utensil from the Kitchenette we washed it first and didn’t leave any food outside on the counter. Other than that the place, the pool and the area are comfortable to stay "
