"Everything was fine, but far away from San Juan and hated the traffic. We saw a dead roach though - else everything was fine. "

"Used this place as our base to visit family. Easy to access and close to everything in Guaynabo. Clean but basic accommodations, washer leaked a bit and some lights and electrical outlets did not work but overall was a nice and comfortable property. "

"Easy check-in and check-out, the house was close to everything you needed or wanted to do like the malls, restaurants, grocery store, walgreens and Casa Barcardi. We were only 13-15 min from the San Juan airport which made it even nicer. The host Ingrid was exceptional and always responded to our questions in a short time. We enjoyed a little visitor a cool cat that would come daily to say hello and he came to see us off when we left. What a great family vacay we had."

"Agnes was a very attentive host! I was supposed to arrive on a Monday and my boyfriend was going to meet me at the house. My plane was delayed and Agnes so kindly prepared the home and provided food and beverages. My plane was delayed an entire day and my boyfriend, who lives in Puerto Rico, drove a long distance to meet me at the airport. Agnes was so kind to let him stay at the rental home, even though he was not scheduled to stay! After I arrived, I was pleasantly pleased with the home....

"We had an amazing time and got to relax the entire week at this beautiful house. The pool and lake were the highlights! The property overlooks the water and what a view! Noemi, the host, was absolutely amazing. She checked in on us to ensure we didn’t need anything and offer her services if needed. Will be coming back for sure! "

"Clean and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood and close to places to eat. Neighbors were friendly. Washer machine did not work but not an issue. Laundry mat close to house. Garage door didn’t work but not an issue."

"This was our second time renting the property with our group of 21 and it, once again, exceeded our expectations. The beach access, the comfortable living spaces, well appointed kitchen, air conditioned sleeping rooms, comfortable beds and cleanliness was all top notch. "I’ve stayed at other locations there this place is amazing. Beautiful and spacious a/c works great. Laundry there in apartment. My other brothers stayed in the 2 bedroom 2 bath one and that was freaking nice!!! It’s in a really great location can’t stress that enough and I will definitely be looking to book here 1st for my next visit."

"Property was very nice and spacious and clean , great for people who want to take in the San Juan scenery. The staff was super nice and approachable. Can be confusing at first when getting dropped off from airport but once you find it you're golden. Only problem with the property and it was so minor was that the outlets ( only like 2 outlets didn't work ) very minor inconvenience besides that great stay would recommend "
