"I cant say enough about this property. Before we even arrived the owner was so helpful in fininding some of the best places to eat and shop. The house itself is modernized to include all the creature comforts in an absolutly stunning OSJ row home in the best location. No car needed ! The rooftop deck was our favorite place to be when not exploring the city. Beds were comfortable and linens were just what we were hoping for. Kitchen had everything you would need to eat in. "Used this place as our base to visit family. Easy to access and close to everything in Guaynabo. Clean but basic accommodations, washer leaked a bit and some lights and electrical outlets did not work but overall was a nice and comfortable property. "

"This place is just awesome! A great Old San Juan experience. Great place to stay with friends. A lot of space- and great ammenities such as roof top, balcony, multiple common areas. Right in the heart of Old SJU as well for convenience. Highly recommend this place!"

"House and Host Naomi were fantastic! Check in was a breeze and house was just as described. Extremely clean, and well appointed . Backyard and pool are breathtaking! Naomi was an exceptional host. She met us at check in and explained everything about the house. She was extremely kind and super friendly. She checked in with us during our stay and gave a ton of excellent recommendations. "The property is well taken care of and spacious. Had everything I needed. There are issues that are not within the Host's control. For example, it is right in front of a main road with no buffer between the road and the driveway so pulling your car in and out can be a challenge. This also means there's a lot of noise coming from the road so keep that in mind if your main goal is to rest. On the plus side, it's not hard to find and you have stuff nearby. "
