"We loved our stay at Hugo Rental. Ease of getting in and out of the property was great. Our host Mari was amazing. She guide us where was the best parking lot and also provided suggestions of where to go for breakfast. The poperty was very authentic. Very centric to get to the sights and stores in old San Juan. Highly recommend it. Note there are stairs to get to the rooms, but that was not a problem for us. "

"Property was very nice and spacious and clean , great for people who want to take in the San Juan scenery. The staff was super nice and approachable. Can be confusing at first when getting dropped off from airport but once you find it you're golden. Only problem with the property and it was so minor was that the outlets ( only like 2 outlets didn't work ) very minor inconvenience besides that great stay would recommend "

"The staff was very friendly and helpful if we had any questions. The property was as described and was very clean. The location is centered between Old San Juan and San Juan. We enjoyed the walk to Old San Juan. It’s about a 15 minute walk to a nice beach. It can be a little noisy with the people at the bar across the street. But, the master bedroom is quiet. The only issues we had was the shower never had hot water. We also wish we had a microwave. We would definitely stay again. "

The jacuzzi doesn’t work and the toilet seat drove us crazy but everything else was great. It is an older building and it would take very little to push this nice room into luxury. "
