"This is listed as a 4 star hotel, no chance it is a 2 star at best. Room was filthy with thick dust everywhere, tea stains on the door and walls. Carpets up the stairs was filthy. Only 1 tea bag and 1 coffee sachet. The room was no more than a glorified cupboard. Black mould in the bathroom. I arranged to take my dog, but when I arrived they said no, then when I paid I was told it wasn't included. Luckily I had my email to show what I booked, so sorted that out. "The property is tired and dated and very noisy hearing most noises around the property, we had to turn the car park lights on at dusk from our room, very strange However found the staff very nice and helpful "
