"Room was clean and check in was easy. The gentleman who checked us in was nice and helpful. Breakfast was ok, scrambled eggs and hotel microwave bacon. Creepy guest at breakfast talked about and then to my infant in an inappropriate manner and then tried to give us food and milk for her that the other guest had handled. The other guest made me very nervous but my husband was there and redirected the other guest away from us. Bed was comfy and room was quiet. Would stay again despite the scary...

"Loved the complimentary breakfast and water. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Cayden was desk receptionist when we arrived and was extremely helpful. The maintenance gentleman was over the top kind and helpful. The ice machine was broken on the first floor and he offered to go get me ice from upstairs. Then he immediately fixed the first floor machine. The entire staff has been wonderful. I will definitely pass the word about Tru by Hilton. Wonderful experience."
