"I didn't receive any instructions for self check in until I called the letting agent. The property is dark and dingy. It smelled damp and was cluttered with unnecessary furniture (large sofa foot stool, 4 armchairs, 4chairs, fridge freezer & non working fridge, for a double room). Unfortunately compared to some other flats in the same block provided by other companies I stayed with the flat although clean is run down. There are holes and damage to the floor.
