I arrived in the midnight after the reception was closed and clear check in instructions were sent to me on the day of check in, the room is very spacious and clean with fresh towels , breakfast was good with tasty options. Staff were very friendly and helpful. This is a VIP property on Expedia and as a gold member I received a bottle of wine which was in the room at time of check in. "The Hotel Primavera is a lovely Italian building ideally situated near the centre of Pisa, and within a few hundred yards of the cathedral and leaning tower. I am a wheelchair user and I booked an accessible bathroom. The bathroom was indeed accessible, but not the hotel itself. The staff did not seem to understand that 'accessible' meant accessible for a wheelchair. Although the staff were very friendly and willing to give me every assistance, it meant that every day I had to crawl on the floor...
