The building is an old convent/monastery and the rooms have all been modernised with very colourful furniture and decorated in a very unique way! The room and bathroom were quite large and they were very clean and well maintained. "This place starts on the 2nd floor although the front desk (check-in) is on the 4th floor. There is no elevator.. Breakfast is the best I had in Italy for a hotel, customer service was great. It is obvious to me that that this hotel is trying to deliver great customer service, they had a kitchen in which you could go get hot water, coffee, hot chocolate, etc.. for free 24 x 7. They also had vending machines. For the price of these rooms, the rooms were very comfortable. The rooms were decent...

"The hotel was chosen for its covenient location close to the tram stop and the main city area. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel and room clean. Air conditioning worked well. Close to a variety of cafes, bars, restaurants and supermarkets, and within easy walking distance of the main tourist attractions."

Passing by the corridor there appear to be rooms that were better prepared.
