"Enjoyed the home like comfort of the suite. Walking to the beach was easy. Nice setting for the grouping of accommodations. The suite got a bit warm in the afternoon but we were usually out by then. Cooled down nicely in the evening though with all the air moving through the unit. The beach chairs and beach umbrella, although missing a spoke, was very nice for the beach. There was some traffic noise in the bedroom so had to keep the jalousie windows closed. It did die down early in the evening...

"It has been 37 years since the last time we stayed at Poipu Kapili, soon after the resort first opened. The resort is still well maintained with beautiful landscaping and a nice swimming pool. This unit has upgraded flooring and stainless appliances. The furniture and beds were comfortable. Although there was an AC in the bedroom and several fans, none were used since opening the bedroom window and the wide lanai door cooled the unit quickly. "This is a Beautiful Rental unit in a Stunning Resort. Great, Centrally located location near the airport. Super Luxurious with Well-Appointed Amenities. Extra clean and well maintained. "The stay was wonderful. They had a clean pool, a safe walking path, and it was steps from the ocean. The only issue we had, was that the room was SO hot since there is no air conditioning. We came when the weather was very hot, so we will come back during a cooler month. "
