"Wonderful location. Property was clean and well kept for the most part. Rooms need door mats due to what the trees drop on the ground getting tracked in on shoes. Room could have been more clean upon arrival."

"The resort was nice and had all the amenities you would expect. The concierge, however, led us astray. We booked an expensive boat ride, and the concierge told us breakfast and lunch would be served and even took our lunch orders. Neither meal was served and our party (including children) was uncomfortable and hungry. "

"Although we had an ocean view which was lovely, I think the rooms overlooking the gardens would be better as they are much quieter, and the gardens are beautiful. Nice from the pool made me keep the windows and door shut. It was super clean, but furnishings etc. need to be updated."

Angry lady next door

"The house is beautiful with nice furniture and a great outdoor space. But most people will want the negatives so here goes. The AC doesn’t keep up and is set at 69 degrees but the temp in the house especially upstairs stayed between 74-77. Too hot for me to sleep. There was construction going on at the house next door so you woke up to that at 8 during the week. Not that big of a deal, minor inconvenience. Here’s the real fun. There is an angry old lady that lives across the street. She clearly does not like that this house is rented out. We went to bed early the first night, around 8pm. She came over around 10:30 and rang the doorbell repeatedly for 5 mins until I was able to run and open the door. She berated for leaving the INDOOR lights on. She said they are to bright and she can’t sleep. We called security and had to make sure she didn’t come in the property again, they said they would call the police if she did. She then complained again because my 10 yr old son left his bathroom light on and she claimed it was too bright and she couldn’t sleep. Be aware of the angry troll that lives next door. Otherwise the house is great "

Beautiful Property, Beautiful Location

"If you are looking for the ultimate Kauai vacation, book this incredible property! The home is stunning & the living spaces are thoughtfully decorated & top-notch. Every evening you'll have a beautiful view of the setting sun over the Pacific. The home was immaculate, and we had everything we needed for our stay. Our host was wonderful, responsive and accommodating to our specific requests. Finally, the Kukuiula location is the best on the island. You are close to everything. It's just a short drive to the Poipu area, Koloa and you can easily access activities to the west, i.e., a NaPali coast sailing adventure. Don't forget to top off your vacation with a helicopter ride over this beautiful island. We loved every minute of our stay!"

A Beautiful Condo at the Waters Edge with a Great View

Soothing sounds of the ocean waves

"What a pleasant experience to enjoy this condo that looks out onto a tiny bay where the soothing sounds of the Pacific Ocean waves provides a constant reminder to live in the moment. Contact with the owners was great. The Condo was well equipped with beach gear and helped stocked with a starter pack of Hawaiian coffee for the drip coffee maker. We recommend swinging by Costco in Lihue on the way to Po’’Ipo to stock up on food supplies. Great location. The staff at the Condo were so welcoming. An elderly gentleman warmly greeted us, helped make sure we had the parking pass for the rental car and shared tips on the area. Just a great way to enjoy. kaau’i"

A wonderful, relaxing stay

"My family of four (husband and teenage daughter and son), had a very peaceful stay at Gale's home. Gale's instructions were very clear and I appreciated her thoroughness in detail. The house was well-stocked with seasonings, pots and pans and everything we needed to make breakfast (we went out for dinners). The home and furnishing could use a little updating, but we had no complaints. And the view out to the ocean, with the harbor to our left and Spouting Horn to our right was priceless. We loved hanging out in the pool, watching the sun set over Spouting Horn. And had daily rainbows on either side of us. You could easily walk to Lawai Beach and Beach House Restaurant. Kukui'ula Shopping Center was just a few minutes drive away, and very easy to get anywhere in Poipu and Koloa. Would eefinitely stay again!"
