"This was our third or fourth time staying at this property and we absolutely love it. I have been to Kauai a number of times and as far as I am concerned this is the best property on the island. My 102 year old dad is a Pearl Harbor survivor so we make the trip to the ceremony every December and then hop over to Kauai for a little vacation, this house is perfect for him. I 10/10 recommend it!"

"This property was as listed, had what we needed including beach chairs, umbrella, and coolers. It was in a great location close to the beach and a 10 minute walk to town. The bedroom AC units were wonderful. It was fairly hot in the main part of the house in the afternoon, but we were out and about most days anyways! "We spent Thanksgiving at Hale Niu with our children and their spouses. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils and could use a few courtesy items like coffee filters, foil or spices. We played croquet on the front yard and did yoga. Danced under the moon and stars. Thanks for sharing this little Kapa’a gem!"

"Our family friend group travel to places to dive and we found this house to be perfect for our group! Pictures are accurate, lots of communal and private areas and perfect location. It was so easy and pleasant to get around. We'd come back in a heartbeat! Oh, and the host wasr responsive and accommodating! "

"Listing perfectly represents the property, beautiful home. Deb and Hoku were very attentive and wonderful hosts. Close to Waimea Canyon and the Nāpali coast. You do have to drive to a sandy beach, about 5 minutes away. Nice assortment of chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, coolers, and cold packs provided. Loved the calming pond/waterfall in the back yard. "The house is beautiful, well stocked and very clean. The covered lanai is a great spot for family meals and the pool is secluded and enjoyable for all ages. It is a fantastic place for a lovely Kauai getaway. You won’t be disappointed. "
